these are 3/4 by 6" nipples, not that big of a charge with smokeless powder.

It appears the parents allowed a search of her room ( since she was arrested at work)- Wonder if those boxes were locked and how the search warrant was written.

Story said she was arrested at home. Search warrant would have been fairly straightforward. Authorities were already notified by the website that she ordered a large number of anarchist cookbook type publications. Parents reported the material. Plenty of corroboration. Love the airsoft armory.

That means they already had fruits of the investigation

The notification was a YEAR earlier and she was cleared and had no bearing on this incident. ( which raises another question since obviously she has had her "collection" for a while and everyone seems to have known it)

It says the parents "reported HER" (suspicious of her activities)but selectively doesn't say exactly what they reported ( would love to know that)

That brings a warrant and its content into question

Just because she was picked up at work doesn't mean she was arrested there. It also says she was arrested at home.
May have been a search by consent, they would want her present so she could withdraw consent.
However, neither of us knows for sure and the article doesn't explain anything at all

Not saying she is a peach but I guess I don't see what laws were broken and what she is charged with? If everyone with lengths of pipe, gun powder and screws sitting around is in possession of pipe bombs a lot of people are headed to jail.
