Flush cups in Tikka (CTR) Stock

Has anyone put flush cups in a Tikka CTR stock? I'd like to put one in the fore end and butt. Never done this before to any stock. Is it as simple and pre-drill, epoxy, screw in?

Any info would be of great help.

GroveTec makes one for hollow stocks that will work for the butt end of your CTR stock. I have one for my Tikka varmint, but I have not installed it as I have another stock on the way. I have installed their bases on other stocks. You will need a forstner bit, a 9/16-18 bottom tap, and some epoxy. They have some good installation videos on their site.

I used a standard 9/16 bit and a bottom tap for the holes.

I used a Noveske cup in the butt and a rail with a QD cup up front to replace the sling stud
