Kampfiled does a helluva job, You can also order a complete bolt from midway or PT&G that has flutes, but would only suggest this on a commplete build or something that a gunsmith will help you out on

kampfeld has done 3 of mine. I mailed him the bolt off my 7-08vls on a Friday. He installed one of his knobs and fluted the bolt. I had it back the next Friday.

What is the average wait time on Kampfeld? I am going to send him mine as soon as I get home, but will be going thru withdrawls while it is gone.

Last one he did for me the bolt was out of my hands for exactly 1 week. If he is hunting then your experience may vary
