I need a pic of a fn spr rifle with factory, mag installed bolt open. I just adapted a fn dbm to my winchester rifle and I want to make sure I have the bottom metal at the proper depth/make sure the mag sits high enough into the reciever.

thanks.

Re: FN spr factory mag pic request please

that would be great. I tried doing a search here and on the net and there is hundreds of pics out there. After spending about an hour looking at them I gave up.

Do you have any dummy rounds you can feed through the mag?

Or you can field strip the bolt (remove the striker assembly) and CAREFULLY run some loaded rounds through the action. That will be more helpful than any pictures.

Re: FN spr factory mag pic request please

it feeds and extracts. But it doesn't look like the round goes all the way up into the claw as the bolt picks it up. In order for me to seat the dbm any further I will have to shorten the action screws so I want to make sure where it should be. Once I shorten the screws theres no going back without buying new ones.
