FN SPR to Winchester M70 ?

I trying to find out IF the FACTORY drop bottom mag and metal setup from a FN SPR will fit directly to a Winchester Mod 70 in .308???

I know the stock may have to be played with... but wanted to know if FN mods the Winchester actions at all...

The stock will have to be inletted for the DBM but the actions are identical between the FN SPR and the Model 70.
