That would make sense, since that is the trigger in the current Winchesters and FN makes both rifles. I wonder if housed triggers like the Jewell are more of a direct fit in the current M70s/FNs since they use a housed trigger from the factory?

How NEW are we talking about? Of the dozen or so FNs I've had in the past couple years, all of them have had the old SIMPLE Winchester style triggers.

I've seen an article stating that FN has started putting the same M.O.A. trigger from the current Model 70s they're building into the FN branded rifles now, but have a different acronym for it in that lineup. I've heard that the aftermarket triggers for Model 70s won't work if your rifle has the new trigger. I don't know how this would be possible unless they've changed the action for this new trigger.
