I bought a Winchester M70 Stealth last year from Gander Mountain. How much modification would be needed to add the FNH TBM to it? The stock is the Bell and Carlson stock. I am just trying to find out if I will be able to do it myself or if I will have to get my gunsmith to do it. The caliber is .308 and after measuring I had to use the WSM 20 MOA base. The gun has a floor plate at the moment.

If you can inlet a stock for bottom metal, go for it. If you have never inlet a stock for bottom metal or bedded an action, have a gunsmith with this experience handle it for you.
