Folding Target Stands

Built some stands that fold flat yesterday.

Put a wheel kit on one, thinking I'm going to put a hitch pin on it so I can tow it behind the 4wheeler.

If the pivot point and the support bars swapped positions, it looks like it would stop the fragment issues you are concerned with.
