I noticed a decent amount of heat coming off of the heat sink of my trail XQ50 after using it for awhile.
I was looking at a pic of the LRF models and see that the rangefinder is mounted to where the heat sink is on the XQ and XP models.
Did pulsar make a special heat sink for the LRF models, or just mount the rangefinder onto the stock heat sink ?
Thanks,
SJC

I have not researched it, but it appears to be the same heat sink, the
difference being that the heat signature on the LRF warms the range
finder along with the heat sink.

Hence why the LRF appears to show
in thermal contrast in the pic.
