This is a new complete Radian lower that has never been used. I moved a couple loose uppers I had on it to check out but it has never been used or out of the house. It has 2 marks in the finish where the charging handle has been racked, 2 where the port door has swung open and 1 on the very front. Pictures show all of them. Listed below are the details.
