I've got a Foremost Model 6500 30-06 I got from my old man. I can't seem to find any informations at all on it online. Any info would be appreciated.

Probably one of the same rifles sold by J C Higgins...branded for a medium sized hardware store chain. Most were made in Sweden I believe. A modified Mauser type. Give us some pictures and we can get closer on the manufacturer. Google "Foremost rifles" and see what turns up. JMHO
