Sending my forms & tax stamp check to Atlanta... Is regular mail OK ? Tracking : Return Receipt ??

I used regular mail myself for my forms. You will know when they cash your check.

all depends really i send regular mail just like a normal letter

just send it USPS first class. it will be just fine.

I use USPS Priority Mail envelope with delivery confirmation, very reasonable. With a personal check for the tax..
That way you can easily see when delivered and when check cashed for your records.
