Forward optics mount for a McMillian fiberglass stock to mount a Nightforce prism, suggestion?

As the title reads I am looking for a forward mounted bedded or screwed to the stock, rail section. I want to mount a Nightforce prism for ELR. The action has an integral rail. So I have seen the things from years ago. If I remember it was on Surgeon rifles builds for night vision.

Be gentle guys, this is next level stuff for me. I simply do not know the search terms beyond this. I have tried. Google foo is weak

Badger efr as mentioned above mounted in a mcmillan a3-5. Mine was set for a clip on nv so you might need to check spacing for your optic of choice and the placement of the efr.
