Accessories FOUND: 34mm Scope Mount, preferably in the 1.5-1.7” height neighborhood

As title states, I’m looking for a 34mm scope mount with the following specs:

Brand: Don’t care much about it as long as it’s a solid design
Height: Can be anything from 1.5 to 1.7”
Attachment: Preferably an attachment that allows for Quick removal of the scope mount and scope (this because I plan to take the scope off the rifle whenever I need to put it in the safe).
Cantilever: Desired but not a must
MOA: 0 to 20 MOA is ok with me.

I’ve seen some of the AD-RECON, some Scalarworks, Geiselle, Spuhr and the like that are awesome, but not necessarily tied to any of those brands/models.

Not looking for rings, I prefer a scope mount made of a single block.
