Disclaimer - I am a relative newb to hand loading, just wanted to share something that has helped me a bunch.
I started using the Frankford Arsenal hand deprimer a few weeks ago and man is this a great little tool. I bought it on impulse while hunting (unsuccessfully) for a decapping die, primers and powder. I think it was around $40. I highly recommend checking it out if you decap and size separately. It has saved me a bunch of time and you can deprime brass anywhere. Stuck on a boring conference call? No prob - deprime some brass. This tool also solved the problem I was having with wet tumbling leaving water in 556/223 primers after the rest of the case had dried.
