Very good! Placed an order to try 500 of the 158 grain in my ruger gp .357

Any load data using h110 or AA#9?

The ones I have don’t have a cannulare to crimp. I believe this style is designed more for 38 +p loads and a taper crimp. I’m not sure I would want to load full power h110 loads without a heavy crimp. I’ll probably stick to something like CFE pistol. Data is on hodgdon’s site. It makes a medium/full .357 magnum load (1150fps) and shoots clean for me. It lacks the fire of H110, but still packs a punch. 😁

If the bullets jump the crimp with heavy loads, it can lock up the cylinder.

Thanks for the order. Not sure why these weren't designed with cannelure, but another data point is the Norma Safeguard 357 Mag ammo. I'm not sure what velocities they load those to, but I know some tests were down on youtube etc without showing any setback issues. I plan on loading up a bunch of these for 38 special myself. Hope you enjoy 'em.
