Fresh Paint for my shorty 6.5!

Finally got to throw some krylon at my 16.5" 6.5 Lapua.

Running 123 SMK's and 123 A-MAX's at 2652fps with 41.0gr. H4350.

13lbs even as it sets.

Sweet looking gun. Good job. Are any coatings under the krylon? How about hitting the NF with some paint???

stock has manners factory paint and the action is parkerized. The NF pictured is going on another rifle. This rifle will wear a NXS 3.5-15x50 MOAR HS ZS and it will be painted to match.

I get customers asking me all the time about shorty 6 and 6.5's and I always show them about this rig with the targets you had sent me. As long as you are willing to give up the speed, they sure do make a handy light recoiling rifle.

It turned our really nice with the new paint.

That camo looks really good. It would be cool to see the scope done the same way. I'm always afraid to paint my scope because it will likely outlive more than one gun.
