I am glad to be permitted to participate in this forum and hope to at least be of positive influence here, if only in small part.
In all honesty I have only just stared to shoot beyond 100 yards this past month, as most ranges around here and ALL the public ones are 100 yard max ranges.
From biggest to smallest I have and love to shoot these bolt guns:
Roger M77 mk II Stainless in Laminated wood in 7mm Mag wearing a Leupold VX3
Savage 110 in .243 Win with an old Valor 6x32 on top
Marlin 781 .22lr with a cheap Busnell of unknown model (this is my favorite to shoot)
I used to reload .380 and .40 in a Lee single stage and hope to get the needed gear to reaload 7mm and .243 soon so I can use that press again, but rifle cartridge reloading is pretty intimidating compared to handgun sizes.
