Hello all.
Long time lurker on this site and newbie to long range shooting. I have competed as a soldier and a civilian, all pistol and/or carbine, and have been hooked on shooting since my first pistol at 25 yrs old. I have not shot anything beyond 400 yards with iron sights yet. I plan on changing that come this spring or sooner depending on the weather here in Ohio. I would really like to find a range where I can stretch the legs on my new rifle. The local range I have used is a max of 200 yards but I think that is a great place for me to spend a while honing the fundamentals as precision long range is a bit different than what I have been used too.
If anyone is in the South West Ohio area (Dayton or Cincinnati) and wants to shoot let me know as I do 90+% of my shooting alone and could stand to have a spotter/buddy.
