Watched "frozen" yesterday with my 3yr old boy. He sat through the whole movie and seemed to enjoy it as I did. The previews I saw showed a snow man and a reindeer fighting for a carrot. Those two characters were actually just comic relief characters. The movie was about two sisters (queen/princess) and true love mushy stuff so I understand why they didn't advertise that or their audience would just be little girls. It had a lot of action and adventure so the boys and parents were also entertained. Anyone with kids or dating couples would enjoy this film.

I take it that this isn't the 'FROZEN' I saw on cable the other night with the kids getting stuck on a sky lift, one falls off breaking his bones, the other climbs off and gets eaten by wolves and the girl half-dead gets off and staggers to the road for help???

Frozen is based, loosely on "The Snow Queen", a Hans Christian Anderson tale. I say loosely because the movie really just takes a hint of the plot and combines a bunch of other animated movie techniques to put together this flick. It doesn't make it bad, in fact most reviews are solid, just not "The Snow Queen".
