He bought it new from SH vendor here. The barrel just don’t group. We tried a box of factory ELD 225gr match round, we loaded with h1000/ADG brass and 225 eldm bullet. We had 3 shooter got behind and all we shot 2moa group at 100yards. We send it back to Proof and they said nothing wrong with it and told us to use bullet that under 200gr.
