All three are included. The cavity in the back of the stock has been filled with resin for weight and balance. Both the spigot and ARCA rail are aluminum KRG products. Tan rattle can over factory black. 700SA LH. Comes with action screws and the hardware for mounting the spigot. Also, I have extra spacers laying around if you need a little more length.
