I have a pair of Steiner 30mm Extra High H-Rings (1.35 base to centerline). Only mounted for a short time and never saw use. Had them on an AR15 with Vortex 2-10 PST GenII $45 shipped

VLTOR A5H4 (6.83 oz) buffer and spring. Had this on a 243 LBC and saw less than 150 rounds. Good for a higher recoiling round in the AR15 like 6.5 Grendel of 6mm ARC: $30 shipped
