A fully insulated, wind/water resistant parka with stowable hood for extreme cold conditions, the Wild Things High Loft Jacket SHV (Stowable Hood Version) provides ultimate warmth. Packed with 6 ounces of PrimaLoft® Silver Active synthetic insulation, the garment provides warmth even when wet. The shell is made of 100% nylon face fabric with BALLOON 70 denier ripstop for highly breathable, water-resistant, and windproof protection. It also utilizes 330 denier Cordura® abrasion resistant panels at the elbows. A high collar, stow-able hood, Velcro® wrist closures, Velcro® fasteners for rank and name tapes, and shock cord hem all work together to retain core body heat.
Wild Things Tactical outerwear is Specialized SOCOM issue clothing, and is rare within U.S. military.

These are designed to go over layers of cold weather clothing, so I would say they are a little larger than true size.
