Seems like alot of manufacturers are moving to a full length rrs dovetail. What are the pros of this vs a picatinny rail or bipod stud up front and a length of RRS DT just in front of the magwell?

Interested in thoughts.

You can position the bipod anywhere along that rail to accommodate whatever shooting situation you may have to deal with. I love the full length arca rail and will never go back to picatinny for the bottom rail if I have a choice.

I use the RRS B&T clamp for my Atlas and in locked position it is solid. It's not going anywhere. At half position on the clamp, you're able to slide the bipod along the rail without completely removing it. It's a very elegant system.
