It is not illegal to own these parts ,
If you own these parts and a Glock it can be considered
constructive possesion,EVEN If they are not fiinished
It requires a SOT or LE letterhead to get it. It is not illegal to own the part, its just tool steel, but if you have a glock it can be construed as constructive intent

It's supposedly not that hard to do yourself. My police department received an e-mail from BATFE saying some gangs in CA and FL were found with these already.

"King of Battle" made about 40 stupid assed posts last night in his first hour or so here, it was really annoying. Hopefully he is on a vacation from the hide.

It would be a post sample gun and can onle be owned by a FFL with an SOT (AKA class 2 or 3 dealer) or it would have to be regisstered directly to a police department (can't be owned by an officer).
