You guys may already know about this but I will explain it anyway. This is a simple match format you can do even at a public range. You just need to move the target from 100 yards to 200 yards to 300 yards and back to 100 yards.
1. Shoot your cold bore target (head shot) its worth 5 points.
2. Shoot the 3 1 inch circles at 100 yards. A hit is worth 2 points each.
3. Shoot the 3 2 inch targets at 200 yards. A hit is worth 4 points each.
4. Shoot the 3 3 inch targets at 300 yards. A hit is worth 6 points each.
Move the target back to 100 yards and do the confidence challenge.
You start on the biggest 2 inch target which is worth 4 points. Then if you want you move to the 1 inch target worth 6 points then to the 3/4 inch target worth 8 points and finally to the 1/2 inch target worth 10 points. At any time you can stop and accept your score. If you move forward however and miss you lose all the points from the confidence challenge.
I stole this idea from a match I attended last Sunday in which I got 2nd place. Here is the target.

I wanted to go to 400 yards but I could not find 4 inch pasters in the stores. Me and a friend shot this drill today and I won. But I was shooting my bolt gun which is a solid .5 moa gun while he was shooting an AR10 I built for him which is a solid 3/4 moa gun. He gave me a run for my money.

I shot the match on Sunday from a bench and I shot the target today from prone. Prone was better for me.
