What are the funnest stages ghat you have seen or shot? Wanting to get some ideas for setting up a fun match. I like the ones where you have to draw cards to see which prop you start on, or qhen you have to get up and grab a coin from a table and put it back in the bucket to earn another shot. I like some movement and a little surprise as well. The blind stage where you get a bunch of random items to use to build your own position look like fun too. Lets hear what you got!

Here is one I like. Lots of movement and penalties for missing
This match is an impact required match with unlimited rounds, 4 min pars with each 20 seconds of the last 2 minutes worth point after all the required impacts are made. (6 bonus points each stage)

This stage makes shooters:
  • Reload thier magazine while on the clock
  • Build a prone position for each shot (if the TYL and confirm targets are spread apart.)
  • Read wind for 2 shooting directions
  • Shoot standing (target should be simple to hit. (200yd 60% ipsc)
  • Manage thier round count and barrel heat.

One I used that I liked nobody else did was gambler
10 shots total all 2 moa targets max point of 10
You started at 300 going out to a 1000 you had to hit to get your point but if you missed you lost your points. You could stop at anytime and keep the points you had. We had 1 guy clean it and 2 guys that lost all their points at the 1000. I didnt fair to well and only got 4 points

Another one we use is a spinner target that has a blind target behind it. You can score 1 point on the spinner the rest have to be on the target behind the spinner. Total of 8 shots

Do you mean you can only view the 2nd target once the spinner is spinning? If so, I really like that idea. Having to time your shot opposite of what you normally would on a spinner. I imagine you would have to come back to the spinner to get it moving again once it slows down?

Yes, it's at roughly 230yds. Not a long shot by any means but damn fun. We only give one point for the spinner so guys dont rack up points just spinning. There is a popper target that can only be viewed when the spinner is moving. Seen lots of guys miss time it and "kill" the spinner and have to get it going again.

I think that's an excellent idea.
