G30 bolt stuck

Went to the range today to shoot my new 338LM.

When I went to clean everything, I removed the bolt, and twisted the back end, hoping to extract the firing pin for cleaning..... and whoops, rotated it the wrong way.

Now, the firing pin is extended, and I can't figure out how to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.

yeah that's a bitch of a situation. catch the sear on a hard surface and push down on it then rotate the bolt, that sounded funny too.

the bolt's removed, however, its as if its ready to fire, i.e. if installed in gun, it would be the bolt forward, ready to fire.
