Does anyone here shoot a GA gap 10 in 6.5 creedmoor? I reload my bolt guns but not to knowledgeable about loading gas guns. Any info would be much appreciated. I use Hodgen 4530 and have a bunch of eld-m bullets. Looks like the mags will only handle oal of 2.82 or so.

I've not done load dev for a few years and pretty low round count overall so I'm still shooting 123 grain AMAXs I had piled up for it. It had nodes at 41.0 and 42.7 grains H4350, both loaded to generic 2.800 shot half inch groups. I didn't play with loading depth as it didn't seem worth pushing feeding/mag issues with OAL.

From when I was looking into this a few years ago the only issues I recall (by others as I didn't try) was loading the heavier bullets (140s and up) may have gas/pressure issues.

Thanks, yeah all I have is 140 grain hornady and the new nosler 140 rdf. What gas issues where they having loading the 140's. I have a gen 2 with adjustable gas block.

I've had no issues with 140's or 147's in any of my gas guns. With the AGB you should be fine. I prefer CCI primers for gas gun loads. Somewhere around 41 grains of H4350 are where most of my friends and I are. As always, start low and work up.

I shoot a GAP-10 in 6.5CM. I’ve had it a couple years now, and couldn’t be happier with it. I shoot the Hornady 147 ELD-M. My barrel is a 22”, and I’m getting 2727 FPS average. That’s moving pretty darn good from a 22” barrel. I have shot almost as many 140’s, but I’ve settled on 147’s, because they also do great in my bolt gun.
I’ve loaded using 4350, and have some RL16.
I’ve not had any issues at all running the heavies.
