GA Precision GAP-10 in 6.5 Creedmoor Question

I am looking for advice on the factory ammunition I should use in the GA Precision GAP-10 in 6.5 Creedmoor.

120 A-MAX or 140 A-MAX?

Notes: 20" Barrel with 8.2 Twist

I was told 140 gr all day. But PSA has 120gr for 19.99 a box.

I use 140 for my bolt action rifle. I wasn't sure for the semi-automatic. Thank you for the post.
