Graham it says the rifle is built on a Templar Short action with a 1 piece fluted bolt. A No.5 SS 22" Bartlein Barrel with a 1:11.2" twist chambered for .308 Win
In the article it shows Schmidt Bender 4-16x50 PM2 Mil Dot scope
Also comes with a Harris Bi Pod and 4 flush cups
Barrel has a Surefire 7.62 Suppressor mount system with adapter brake.
