Movie Theater Game of Thrones

Love the show. Season 5 was too slow. HBO seems to love killing people off in their shows. I have to agree it provides a much more interesting story line to see how the other characters in the show grow and change with the absence created by others. The latest 8/6/17 show was awesome.

With the exception of election night coverage it's the only TV I've watched in over two years. It must be good if I'll raise my TV boycott once a week to watch it.

I watched up until this season. I got tired of paying for a ton of channels I rarely watched w/ the exception of GOT, Black Sails & FOX News. I'm sure I'll get caught up at some time. I think Daenerys Targaryen will rule the kingdom & John Snow will be a trusted ally sent to rule the north.

It's getting really good. Though i'm still baffled that there are only 7 episodes in this season and 6 in the next. Seems like they're rushing it. There is PLENTY of subject matter left for two more 10 episode seasons. Also so many unanswered questions. Run times are still 50-60min so in that aspect i've been rather disappointed. Season has been really good though.

It's too expensive now to produce 10 episodes.

Best scene was the charge of the Dothraki with battle horns blaring!! It was more of a charge of Medieval knights than a Mongol horde.

I think that has been my favorite episode thus far as well. I'm awaiting the moment Jaime chokes Cersi to death. He's become one of the best characters on the show and has one of the best arcs. Jaime, the hound, Tormund, Danny, Jon, and the dragons vs the wights? Uh yes please.

Yeah i know, just making it feel a little rushed. It's still damn good though.

Personally I want arya to fuck her up

While i wouldn't mind seeing that, i think given the "witch's" prophecies all coming true it's gong to be her brother. Something tells me she's lying about being pregnant. She thinks it's Tyrion that will be her demise, i think it's Jaime. Especially with the prophecy stating something about gold hands choking her to death.

Oh true that. Didn't think about the gold hands part.

When he keeps warning her winters coming and all she can think about is getting 8" of Snow

At this point (as usual) the season closes with enigmas. Pretty much anything can happen in the coming season.

Meanwhile, Old Blue Eyes (DoD, the Dragon of the Dead...), has probably already served its purpose. I could hope for more, but heck, it's all fiction, anyway...

Cancelling HBO again until the return. They used the minutes countdown to the final episode to showcase the usual Leftist HBO Moon Bat Fantasy upcoming. I can miss that dreck with no regrets.

You should be able to, we have done it each year for the last several. Just call your Cable provider. They don't mind, but don't be too surprised if they try to sell you something or 'give' you a 'deal'.

Business as usual...

I broke & bought Season 7 last year. I’m torn as to how I’d like to see Cersei meet her end. In some ways, if Arya kills her it would be fitting. Especially if Cersei thinks it’s Jaime choking the life from her. I’d not mind seeing her condemned to exist as a white-walker chained up in a box too. I’ve heard the final season will be full of big-named characters being killed off. I’ve changed my opinion of the ending now as John Snow will rule Westeros.

Jaimie kills her I believe. Remember when she met that witch and she told her she would die by a golden hand

when is the new season?
