Well I thought I would post my pics of my 3 most current builds. I was lucky and got in on the Valkyrie build in 260 Remington. And then near the delivery date George posted one for sale in 6.5x47 and I scooped it up as well. He did the 260 in Desert Flectarn camo and I spec'd the AAC suppressor mount (the can is awaiting approval). The 6.5x47 was done in the Urban Flectarn with no brake.

But my favorite by far is the 6.5 Creedmoor I got off the "builds ready to ship" page he put up a couple weeks back. This thing is a SHOOTER! I can ring a 6" round piece of steel at 600 all day. It was done in Multicam film. Which is very cool! Might have to do future projects in that film dip. Enough rambling, here is some gun porn:

That Desert Flectarn camo is sweet. I am really thinking about doing that to my T2A. Anyone know how much something like that cost?

do basically, you have the only valkyrie rifle that is not exactly adhered to franks specs? he seemed pretty adamate that NOTHING could be changed.

personally, i like the desert flectarn WAY better than the urban colors...looks very sweet. i also think it is funny that his holy of all holy specs got changed after he was so adamate about it haha

I want to get in on the hating you too. Actually, I think it is awesomw that you have what you want. Enjoy it! I live on a little more than a 1/4 acre lot and it is considered a big yard here. I would love to have room for a range one day...

I take it you were not a public servant?

But on the lighter side of things - I work hard. my only thing outside of work that I due for stress relief is shooting precision rifles. I gave up wrenching on my diesel truck, motocross, all that for rifles. So yes, when I do a build I go all out and do it the way I want it the FIRST time! For instance, I never have bought a built from the factory AR15. I put each one together myself. I know Im rambling here. just giving you all some insight.

Why do I like the film on the stock so much?
A - It is a smooth finish but you can steel feel the stippling that is actually on the stock, plus if its ever damaged or ripped up, its got a warranty! Plus you dont have to worry about someone jacking up the paint scheme, letting it dry, so on and so on.

Cant wait for these to show up in the for sale section....

OutlawTen5 - as much as I would welcome that nice weather in NM I dont think my dad would enjoy running the company here alone, my fiance would shit her pants, and two I dont feel like transfering my NFA items

Them's some nice sticks!! As I'm just a grading foreman I have to make do with a trued 700 twisted together by a guy I know and an SN3 I traded into

But it beats the days of gunshow Savages and Super Snipers when I was an apprentice

All of the sudden we have had a boom in home construction around town and we got some of the stimulus money to do some large paving jobs.

Come work on a road crew or build some houses. Ill let you use my range for free

those have to be some of the finest paint jobs I have seen on a rifle.

I especially like the multicam.

Did GAP do the multicam or did you send it out?

I bought the 6.5CM from George here on the hide. He had it listed and I scooped it up. The stock was dipped in a film, not painted.

Got a mail from George to say the MCM is in for my M40A1 tribute......torn as to whether I should ask him to do the multicam dipping number on it or leave it in Forest.....???
