So I purchased this rifle from Mike who is a great guy to deal with and talked with Moon at Crescent Customs who is also a great guy. Needles to say the wait on shipping nearly killed me but this morning I was able to skate out of work to pick it up. I had ordered some 260 from Southwest Ammunition (260 Lapua brass with 136 Scenar-L bullets) that showed up yesterday as I don't have dies yet for this cartridge but the folks over at Southwest are a real pleasure to deal with, I will definitely use them again. And off the the range I went. I shot 8 rounds getting her dialed in at 100 and then I went for my 5 round group. WOW this thing requires very little work to shoot amazing. Im sure with a little time I will tighten the grouping quite a bit. Thanks Mike and Thanks Moon.

I talked with Moon and he said that he cut all I need to do is vise the barrel insert the action wrench and spin one off and spin the next one on. He said the threads are so tight that you only need to snug the barrel on. I have two different bolts one for 260, 308, and 243 and one for the 7 wsm. He makes it sound really easy but that if when I try it for the first time to call and he would walk me through it.

Thanks Tom. I bought it used but has hardly any rounds through the thing other than a double of paint chips in the stock its damn near brand new. I have been wanting to have a couple of rifles built so when this came up for sale i jumped on it.
