Photos GAP M40A1 Porn, Anyone?

After a long while of inconceivable (im)patience, finally got my GAP M40A1s completed.

Thanks to everyone from the hide who I got parts from, USO, Gary Schneider, GAP and of course, the grand ol' USMC for the "piece-o'-history" return stocks.

For all those who are going to ask:

- Both rifles are built to spec off return stocks with in-range 6-digit Rem 700 actions and sport "MRT 12-86" marked M1907 slings.
- The build on the smear stock is sporting a Unertl "T" series 10x scope.
- The woodland stock build has a USO MST-100 serialized to the last four of the action.

The only unhappiness I have is that my camera is a piece-o'-crap and doesn't do the beauties any justice.

Now that is a nicer pair than anything I have seen in Hollyweird and will be alot more enjoyable long term!!

Don't remember anybody else posting a smear with the colors/pattern of the top one, very different which is what makes them unique.

Oh, and your welcome for the slings and studs, if I would have known you were going to use them on such a nice setup I would have charged you more.

And another thing, it just isn't right for one gent to have 2, TWO I SAY Unertl/MST100's, just not right!

Of course, those classic 1907 slings I got from you deserve nothing less than to go onto the best spec rifles of that generation.

And if you think two Unertl/MST-100s is unfair...well, I'll just leave it at that...haha.

I think these spec GAP A1s spoiled me though. The TBA A1 build I have isn't to the same full spec and just doesn't seem as right now. Maybe I'll put it up for sale soon...

This definately needs a bump for some beautiful A1 Porn. My A1 should be done in around 2-3 weeks. I got my Unertl 10x in the mail this last weekend and I am having it built on a smear (#1423) so hopefully it looks just as good as your unertl/smear A1
