To be honest I don't feel that's needed and just makes it more costly, not to mention that there are a few aluminum options already from others to choose from.

That being said, I do stand behind the product with a lifetime warranty, so if it brakes I will replace it at no cost (and if there's a design issue, replace it with the updated design).

Made some minor tweaks and it's now shipping...

Changes made since the prototype:

• Xero cut out now has a tighter tolerance & better fit.
• Added a recess in the cutout that will further help with preventing rotation.
• Added a 1/4-20 screw hole at the bottom so you can attach the tripod without needing to remove the device from the mount.

No problem clocking PCP air rifle with moderator.
