Gas guns: Factory Chambered vs Gunsmith Custom Reamer ?

I just bought a stripped Large Frame receiver set with intentions of building a 260 Rem Gasser. Is there more "Wiggle room" in the factory Semi chambers used at factory over that of a bolt gun/Gunsmith reamer? I am wondering what the difference is between a barrel that you buy direct from a company versus a bolt gun reamer outside of the obvious differences for the intended bullet. So if I had a reamer that shot 130 Berger AR hybrids really well out a bolt gun at AR Mag length, could I use that in a Semi-Auto and it cycle efficiently, I feel like chamber would be too tight?

From my understanding my custom barrel used the same reamer the smith uses for bolt guns. Haven't had any issues with tight chamber.

I’ve had both custom, and factory .260 AR barrels. My current one is a 20” SS Proof.
Resizing the brass from all the AR barrels, and bolt gun barrels, I would say the chambers are about the same.
I highly recommend doing a rifle+2 gas system.

For what its worth, I was looking at 20-22" run with a Suppressor. I do see the value in going with a Rifle +2" gas length from what I am reading.
