GDI P-Rom Rifle Optic Mount

Am I going to have any issues using the GDI P-Rom 34mm Rifle Optic Mount on my GAP HRT? I have not bought the Optic yet but it will be either a Premier 3-15x50 or a Schmidt & Bender 5-25x56 PMII.

If you have a 20MOA Base on the HRT the PROM adds another 20MOA too it, so the S&B 5-25X can work with up to 45MOA of cant, so you should be fine and able to get 100% of the elevation out of the scope.

Worse case, consider replacing the base with a 0 MOA model and then moving forward only getting 0 MOA bases on your rifles you plan on swapping the scope with at the PROM. But an S&B 5-25X should work.

Thanks LowLight just ordered it. I was not sure which Adapter Plate to go with so I just picked the Trijicon as that's what I have seen most people use. In the end probably wont even use a backup Red Dot.

I was as well and with their special pricing going on until Jan 15th I could not pass it up.
