Just a heads up. My friend sent in his GemPro 250 for warranty replacement and he was sent the following email. Looks like they are just refunding purchase price with receipt because they are having issues.
We are sorry to hear that your scale is not functioning properly. Unfortunately, we are experiencing performance issues with the GemPro scales we have in stock. Because we cannot guarantee satisfactory performance with the GemPro line at this time and do not have another replacement option, we would like to refund your purchase by sending you a money order in the amount of your original purchase.
