Anyone know of a list of manufacturers in the way of firearms or optics that state recommended torque values for mounting?

Go to the manufacturer's website and look for support/downloads/tech support, etc. to find their recommendations.

Also, search for "torque values" for different components (rings, bases, action, etc). I found a doc somewhere that had torque values for different rifles and rings, and started compiling these as I found them.
