Suppressors Getting my first can - good handgun host?

Hey guys, I'm looking at getting my very first can this spring. I'm wanting to mount on a 9mm. Right now I'm debating between an XD9, M&P9, FNP9, and USP9 for the host. Looking at a Gem-tech Multimount for the can, but am open to others (providing my dealer has them in stock).

Which of those would you pick for a host? I'm trying to keep the total price of the handgun to under $800 if possible.

What are your thoughts?

Why not get a .45 can, this way you can always caliber up to it.

I'd say USP or the FNH.

The only thing keeping me from the .45 is that I can by no means afford to shoot .45 as much as I would like, for the foreseeable future. And since I do not see a .45 handgun in my future, I would prefer to get the 9mm can to keep noise reduction as great as possible.
