Got home yesterday and printed out a few of the 50yrd SH short range targets and headed out to the range to reset my zero to 50 yrds. I was shooting prone with a bipod and rear bag with my Kidd 10/22 and Wolf MT.
Once I got dialed in I shot a five round group on a target that was already up.

Then decided to give the SH targets a go for fun. Here's the first one

Feeling good about it I gave it another run. Here's round two.

I feel pretty good about the results and am looking forward to giving it a go for this months challenge. Especially now that I realize that the 5 shot group circle isn't just another know your limits circle lol... Figured that out when I got home and actually looked closer and read it.

Looks good. I was gonna say that if those "5 shot" groups are in fact 5 shots then you will be walking away a winner each month. LOL

A bunch of us worked good and hard on this match so I am always really proud to see how well it has really taken off. Looks like you're going to really give them a run for their money!

Man Charlie I wish that we're my 5 shot group lol.
Smallbore I've been keeping an eye on the challenge for quite awhile and think its great its there for everyone to give it a go !
Its way more enjoyable than shooting groups and bench rest shooting never interested me, besides it gives me something to practice what I'm learning in the Snipers Hide online training along with my .308, except this is much cheaper

Nice group on that muzzle loading target. Off the subject for a minute. I've shot patched round ball - cap & flintlock rifles for 35+ years now. I just love the old traditional muzzle loaders. So much so that I spent 20 years building them. It's a great hobby just like .22 rimfire.
