Interestingly searching for gsg on google is getting blocked by my pihole, doing so via ddg returns the proper site with no nastiness.
So seems is some fuckery on big G's part. No idea on a dump of users/donations, but they certainly would be a ripe target for it.

I Guar-an-tee this was done by a government agency....which government, which agency, I have no idea.
That text makes it obvious.
And for gods sake turn off audio while you watch it....no one should have to listen to that shite.
BTW, DNS has nothing to do with a redirect being posted on a web server.
Obviously the DNS is working correctly if you were re-routed correctly.
