So far, every group I’ve shot with these 140 hybrids has been good, or excellent. Regardless of powder charge. I settled years ago, on a load of 42.8 of h4350 and they were seated long, super long. Shot awesome.
I just got a semi 6.5 and wanted to seat them to mag length for the AR and see if they’d shoot good in the bolt guns while I wait on my adjustable gas block to come in.
loaded from 41.5-42.1 in .2 increments.
heres 5 shots with 41.7, going the same speed as my longer seated load, but with a full grain less.
I pulled the 2nd shot, I knew it the second I shot. Someone started their truck right behind me the same time I shot. The other 4 shots were spot on! Average 2700 out of my tikka with a SD of 6.
