What is the best 308 matched upper and lower.

I don't care if it is a DPMS or AR10 system, as long as I can make them shoot.

Any of them will shoot with a good barrel take your pick.

Any of them made of steel instead of aluminum?

I would bet there are. DPMS has made them in Stainless steel.

The best shooting guns out there are all built on aluminum, I wouldnt worry about steel.
