Gunsmithing Good action for the remington 700?

Hey guys and gals,
Does anybody know a good action that fits a remington 700? I would like a fluted bolt and would not like to go over $800...
anybody know one?

For just the "receiver tube" and no bolt (as I believe you posted about a lone part for a bolt in another thread...

Then a Pierce is a good option.
