Mr William Roscoe of Louisiana Precision Rifles has built some incredible rifles. I don't know how much work he's doing these days though. He recently joined a FB group I'm in and if I remember correctly he mentioned only doing small projects and stuff for friends and family.
Hey, let me know if you find one. I didn't have much luck, been sending all my stuff out to Phoenix Custom Rifles, with great results so far.
