Rifle Scopes good mount for a NXS on an AR?

I just ordered a nightforce NXS 8-32x56 im putting it on an 6.5 grendel AR15, I have a leupold mark 2 IMS mount here, should I use that or get a diffrent mount. if so what should I put on there and what hight can I get away with with a JP handguard on there.

I've used both the NightForce Unimount and the ADM mounts. Both are great. The Unimount is readily available in the 20 MOA model if you need it. You'll want something with a little cantilever to get the proper eye relief on the AR15 Upper.

Whoops missed the other question. The Unimount comes in two heights. The low version should fit with the JP hand guard since there is no rail on the top. You may not be able to get a cap on the front.

You will need a minimum 1.375" height for the 56mm objectives on an AR.

The NF UniMounts have 20 MOA of cant built in which is advisable to use since you are using the 8-32x56NXS with 65 MOA of adjustment.

the spuhr looks great, but after dropping 2g on the scope. id like to keep the mount under 250. I might end up just putting it on with the leupold for now since I have one sitting here.
