Rifle Scopes Good Price?

I picked up a Leupold MK4 LR/T M1 14.5-14x50 with Illuminated Duplex for $824.00 shipped.

I recently bought the same but with Illuminated Mil-Dot for $1,079.00 from Midway USA.

I know the Duplex reticle is perhaps not as much in demand, but for the price, $824.00 shipped, I think that was a great buy.

Opinions?

If it fits what you want to do with it, you can afford it, and you don't see going prices that differ by more than 10% you did fine.

The plex reticles are cheaper from just about every scope manufacturer, so the price difference is normal.
